Kate Higgins is the founder of Higgins HR Limited and provides HR consulting services in London, Essex and the surrounding areas.

Kate has 25 years' HR experience across financial services, Dental, distribution, Pharmaceutical and SatComms.  Kate is available for short term project work or assignments and specialises in complex Employee Relations, Restructure / Reorg, M&A work and Leadership and Management Training.

Perhaps differently from the large consulting firms, Kate is used to being a 'hands on' professional and is happy to roll up her sleeves to deliver what is needed or create a plan with you and step back so your team can deliver against that plan.

Kate has a Masters degree in HR, a degree in Business Management and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD.  

 

Kate is also a qualified practitioner in "Predictive Index" Behavioural Profiling and uses this with businesses for robust resourcing practices, career development, team dynamics and problem resolution.
