HR Services available

HR Strategic Review

An 'HR Health check' can be performed to assess what's working well and what you may wish to improve.  This has proven very beneficial for new CEO's or senior leaders who want to quickly understand their team structure, dynamic and opportunities.  A recent project included analysing key data points such as engagement, attrition, exit survey feedback in order to develop a comprehensive and measurable people plan for a team to build on key strengths, address areas of challenge and ensure the team is fit to deliver against the business goals for the future.  

Behavioural Profiling

Kate is trained to deliver Predictive Index behavioural profiling.  Offering behavioural and cognitive profiling for existing team members and via a feedback session with Kate can increase not only self awareness of one's own style but how they interact with others.  This can also add enormous value at the recruitment stage allowing you to scope the role and identifying close matches for the role based on profiles of employees and candidates.  Kate can set up a free demo for any business who would like to see it in action.  

Employee Relations

Employee Relations can take a huge amount of time for small businesses or existing HR teams in larger businesses.  Perhaps your HR team does not have the capacity to manage the spike or complexity in the case(s) active at present and an extra pair of hands is needed.  Perhaps your existing colleagues have already been involved in decision making or previous case management and an independent practitioner is needed for an appeal?  Kate can manage:

  •  Grievance / appeal

  •  Performance Management / appeal

  •  Redundancy - including project managing the programme, designing and implementing a robust selection methodology (if needed), training managers and existing HR colleagues on implementing a redundancy programme and supporting managers and employees through a process of potential redundancy

  • Dispute Resolution - as a seasoned HR Director, Kate has deep experience in identifying conflict areas within a team or relationship and working with the team to find a solution.  

Org Design / Review

Kate can support a business through a restructure or reorganisation.  This can include Org design using a 'role first' philosophy in the initial phase and matching 'people to roles' and generating a plan to effect the change.  

Training & Development

Kate can design and deliver training for HR professionals or managers on any of the services she offers.  Recent projects in this area have included 'Management Essentials' and 'Delivering Redundancy notifications' for large groups of employees.  Kate can tailor a programme to whatever your business needs and will reflect the current level of knowledge and available time.  

Kate can also train your HR team to deliver any agreed training materials in order to enable your own team and business to thrive and deliver such projects independently.
